I have read DATV’s Rules & Regs. and agree to abide by them including the DATV Podcast Agreement. All of my crew has been certified in the use of this equipment. I am responsible for the actions of my guests and will not conduct activities that may endanger my crew, guests or DATV. I am responsible for acquiring all necessary copyright and performances releases. I agree to complete my program and submit it for air on DATV or SoundCloud withing two weeks. I am responsible for all equipment while in my possession. I agree to return the room to its original condition upon completion of my program. I will immediately replace any equipment lost, damaged, or stolen while in my possession. I will not visit any websites deemed inappropriate by community standards Failure to abide by DATV’s Rules and Regulations will result in the loss of equipment and facilities privileges.
